An integral part of modern judicial governance is the improvement of control methods through the use of electronic judicial platforms integrated with other government internet resources. Using a structural analysis method, the key areas of control over document management in courts of general jurisdiction have been identified, taking into account their competence with respect to civil proceedings. It is proposed to optimize the control system based on model, standardized solutions, which should be implemented in connection with the courts' transition to electronic documentation and document management systems. It has been proven that the use of artificial intelligence in this area will enable the use of methods for analyzing constantly updated judicial databases and visualizing the results of such operations in a predetermined manner. In this regard, the search and analytical capabilities of artificial intelligence can influence the efficiency of official operations in the courts through a significant increase in control resources.
