The article examines problematic aspects of the effectiveness of the execution of the orders of the supreme body of constitutional control in the Russian Federation. The directions of a possible solution to this problem from the point of view of legislative regulation of the issues raised are proposed. The importance of their solution for the realization of the true value and purpose of constitutional justice in Russia is emphasized.
