The special military operation caused the formation of new social relations, which inevitably led to a wave of social processes, which resulted in a change in current legislation and the adoption of new legal norms. This process requires reflection and systematization, the ultimate goal of which is to inform the country's legal community. This article substantiates the need to create a classification of changes to a number of existing laws and the adoption of new legal acts based on social processes caused by a special military operation.
