This article examines one of the key elements of guarantees for the protection of the rights of foreign citizens and stateless persons as participants in proceedings on administrative offenses – ensuring the right to use the services of an interpreter. The article highlights the specifics of granting and securing the right to use the services of an interpreter, as well as suggestions for creating legal conditions for the effective implementation of the right to use these services.
