The article analyzes and reveals the development trends of various measures in enforcement proceedings. The accumulated experience of law enforcement practice in the civil process has enabled the author to propose his own vision of the development of the indexation of recovered amounts of money in the framework of enforcement proceedings. The study of law–making initiatives has shown the development of measures of legal responsibility in enforcement proceedings in two main directions — in public law and private law.
