This article examines the application of civil law norms to wedding celebrations. A wedding planning contract is classified as a contract for the provision of services, or, less commonly, as a mixed contract, encompassing both the services and work of the organizer. A wedding venue rental agreement at museums, theaters, and cultural heritage sites is examined from the perspective of ensuring the preservation of museum treasures and architectural features. When analyzing a contract for the sale of tickets to someone else's wedding, the question was raised about the invalidity of such a transaction as violating the foundations of morality.
