This article discusses the specifics of the application in judicial practice of the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 424 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the possibility of changing the price of the contract after its conclusion in the cases and on the terms stipulated by the parties to the contract. The author analyzes judicial acts on the topic indicated in this article, determines the necessary conditions that allow the parties to the contract to provide for the possibility of automatically changing the price of the contract after its conclusion without signing additional agreements on this.
