The paper examines the issue of biometric identification and authentication of civil law enti-ties participating in contractual relations. The author concludes that biometric identification (reli-able individualization of contractual relations participants) and authentication (confirmation of the authenticity of actions of civil turnover participants) is carried out in accordance with the private law principles of discretion, freedom of contract, combination of private and public interests based on civil law norms when concluding civil law contracts and their dynamics.
