The study analyzes the instance-based and territorial criteria for the allocation of jurisdiction of the Russian courts, identifies the specific features of their interaction, and substantiates the need to optimize these criteria in the Russian judicial system in order to enhance the efficiency of the judicial organization and improve access to justice.
