The article is devoted to the problems of public administration in the sphere of migration policy both in the context of the formation of a differentiated management approach to different categories of migrants and the elimination of problems of protecting the rights of women migrants based on the analysis of the experience of Russia and foreign countries. The existing problems are related to the vulnerable social position of women migrants, problems of social adaptation and integration, and the insufficient effectiveness of existing mechanisms for the protection of rights. Measures are proposed to eliminate existing problems in this area.
