As part of the research, the author analyzes the specifics of legal regulation and enforcement of relations related to religious property. Active lawmaking has led to the fact that property can be regulated by various laws, which leads to controversial situations when considering cases in courts. The identification of sustainable directions for the development of legislation, the definition of goals and objectives will allow us to develop a qualitative theory for the development of legislation regulating the regime of property of religious organizations.
