The study examines the main types of crimes in the sphere of procurement of goods and works at the expense of the federal budget for the construction and reconstruction of railway facilities and the methods of their commission, and provides examples of judicial practice. The article also identifies the main problems in identifying and investigating crimes of this category and practical recommendations for law enforcement, taking into account the legislation and judicial practice.
