The article examines specific aspects of pension provision for medical workers engaged in professional activities using remote technologies. It explores current rules governing early retirement benefits for medical workers and highlights the lack of specific legal regulation addressing the particularities of remotely organized medical activities. Improvements to legislation governing early retirement benefits for medical workers are proposed.
