This article analyzes state, regional, and municipal measures aimed at addressing the demographic problem in Russia. The positive results of individual initiatives are examined. Case studies highlight some challenges in law enforcement and suggest additional measures to support the population in strengthening family values, encouraging childbearing, and effectively balancing family and work responsibilities.
