Traditional sectoral principles of civil proceedings in modern conditions only partially resolve issues of making a fair judicial decision. The court is faced with the task of not just considering a civil case, but also of making a decision that would meet the property of social solidarity. This, in turn, requires a rethinking of the implemented civil procedural policy, which should be based on scientific and methodological justification for the formation and consolidation of a new principle of civil proceedings — sociality.
