The article highlights the data indicating the insufficient effectiveness of the interaction between the government and business, as well as the limitations that contribute to this. The article also provides practical examples of existing partnership models in the scientific and technological field. The authors conclude that directly applying the infrastructure model of public-private partnership to scientific and technological projects does not fully take into account their legal and economic specifics.
