In this scientific article, the authors had the opportunity to review the statistics related to the legal, socio-psychological, and material support of medical workers in state healthcare institutions of the Chuvash Republic, based on a comprehensive scientific study conducted at the Medical Faculty of the Chuvash State University. The authors identified the main problems in this area and proposed recommendations that, in their opinion, will help to provide the healthcare sector with highly qualified medical professionals who are motivated to pursue professional self-realization and attract young specialists to work in this field.
