On October 24, 2025, a draft Bill No 1050649-8 on Investment Financial Partnership introduced to the State Duma of RF. This draft Bill proposes an Investment Financial Partnership as a new form of an Investment Partnership and other changes focused on legal prerequisites for growth of investments in RF. The State Duma planned to consider this draft Bill on December 2025 as an important and timely Bill. The content analysis of this draft Bill as well as particularities of Investment Financial Partnership as a new form of Investment Partnership is the subject of the study in the present article.
