The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal mechanisms for the development of entrepreneurship in the Far East of the Russian Federation. It examines the features of legal regulation of small and medium-sized enterprises, taking into account the territorial specifics of the region, the structure of the economy, and personnel limitations. The article analyzes the regulatory acts that form the system of state support for business, including early program solutions and modern special legal regimes. The article examines the relationship between financial measures and administrative procedures, as well as the challenges of implementing legal norms at the level of the constituent entities of the Far Eastern Federal District. It is concluded that the effectiveness of entrepreneurship support is determined not only by the amount of benefits provided, but also by the nature of the administrative application of legal mechanisms.
