The main content of the publication is the identification and nomination of factors influencing the objectivity of judicial proceedings in civil cases, as well as an analysis of the views of modern procedural scholars on this issue. The author, having named a number of factors influencing the administration of justice, questions the objectivity of judicial proceedings in civil cases and suggests ways to harmonize social relations in the area under study.
