Labor disputes on the collection of wages constitute the largest category of labor disputes considered by the courts. The article examines current issues of legal regulation and judicial practice in labor disputes on the collection of wages. In particular, an analysis is given of the innovations of the Federal Law of January 30, 2024 No. 3-FZ "On Amending Article 236 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation", a number of key legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
