The subject of the study is the issues of the organizational and methodological support of the anti-doping education system in the Russian Federation, and legal regulation in this area. The article evaluates the existing model of online certification for athletes and personnel in the anti-doping area and identifies the level of formalism and the risks associated with the absence of proctoring systems. An analysis of the practices of the National Sports Arbitration Center (NSAC) and the decisions of the RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee (DADC) confirms that doping violations are frequently caused by athletes' lack of awareness and the use of uncertified substances (such as dietary supplements and nicotine pouches). Amendments and additions to the Federal Law on Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation, the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, and professional league regulations have been proposed, aimed at implementing mandatory identity verification and digital knowledge assessment in the anti-doping area.
