The presented Article involving domestic and foreign sources deals with legal regulation of bankers services in the Ancient Rome. Reglеmentation of forms of bankers activities as professional participants of money circulation (collegia, sodalitates, universitas personarum, corpora, societas) is analyzed and also evolution of bankers functions while corresponding with their clients and the Rome state were studied. Methodology base of the presented research consists of the historic and formal juridical methods, also some elements of comparative methodology were used.
