The article discusses possible sources of income generation for an agrotouristic project, and their combination allows for the formation of unique business models for the development of agrotourism. The research methodology is based on the study of scientific literature and the practice of building business models. The paper describes seven potential areas of income generation and 34 sources of income. The combination of the described sources of income makes it possible to formalize commercial business models of agrotourism. The article may be useful to commercial and government organizations in developing products or services for tourists.
