Статья посвящена вопросам управления рисками при проведении таможенной экспертизы. Приведены понятийный аппарат и классификация рисков по различным признакам. Авторами определены методы идентификации рисков, предложены алгоритмы поэтапного выявления рисков с целью их минимизации.

The article examines the potential of the competence-based approach as a tool for reducing professional risks in the activities of personnel involved in customs examination. The authors analyze the nature of professional risks in the expert activities of customs authorities, substantiates the relationship between the level of personnel competence and the probability of risk events realization.
