The article discusses the legality of the formation and use of a citizen's social rating, including the use of artificial intelligence, and proposes an original concept of compliance with legal restrictions in the automated implementation of citizens' rights to appeal, using the example of applying for public positions, and defines the concept of legal stigmatization.
