The scale of fraud in public and municipal procurement poses a serious threat to the well-being of society and the stability of the State. This problem, which is ingrained in the system, manifests itself in numerous and diverse forms, causing enormous damage to the budget and undermining citizens' trust in government institutions. Effective fight against this type of crime requires an integrated and multi-level approach combining the efforts of government agencies, law enforcement agencies, business and civil society.
