Artificial intelligence is increasingly being introduced into key areas of life: public administration, healthcare, finance, transport, education. This leads to new threats and risks of committing illegal acts, which requires clear rules for establishing administrative responsibility for errors in the algorithms used. The article discusses the current regulatory framework, possible administrative structures and areas of improvement of the institute of administrative responsibility in relation to artificial intelligence.

В настоящей статье анализируются факторы, определяющие передовое положение Южной Кореи по реализации концепции «Умных городов». Автор характеризует процессы принятия правовых и управленческих решений в указанной сфере для понимания возникающих проблем и возможностей развития «умных городов». Приводятся успешные практики функционирования «умных городов» на примере Кимпхо и Намъянджу, использующих различные методы управления.
