The article examines the impact of digital technologies on criminal procedural and forensic activities in the context of modern challenges to the law enforcement system. Key digitalization tools are considered: artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and cloud platforms. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework, cases of technology implementation, and expert assessments, a model for integrating digital solutions is developed, providing for improved crime investigation efficiency subject to the formation of an adequate legal framework, minimization of discrimination risks when using AI, and counteracting cyber threats. The results demonstrate the potential for optimizing procedural procedures and expert research while maintaining legal guarantees for participants in the process.
