The article is devoted to the analysis one of the forms of abuse of procedural rights in arbitral proceedings - the evasion of paying the additional state fee upon an increase in the amount of claims. The author examines procedural measures to counter dishonest litigation participants by means of introducing amendments to the arbitral procedure legislation.
