In this article, the system of public administration is considered in close connection with the related legal categories of “system of public administration”, “public administration”, “public management”, and “public power” from the perspective of the views of the renowned administrative scholar, Professor Boris Vulfovich Rossinsky. The main focus is on the current state and prospects for further development of the public (state) administration system.
