The article analyzes the experience of the Moscow Government in introducing into practice a new lawsuit to recognize an illegally reconstructed building with apartments as an object of unfinished construction is being studied. Also article analyzes the possibility of courts applying interim measures in this category of cases. Attention is paid to the subject and basis of the new claim.
