This article examines the issues of legal relations in the context of medical, consumer, and competition law. The authors examine the factor of unfair competition among clinics, which is currently on the rise. Examples from the authors' practice are provided. An analysis of current legislation regulating the concept and types of unfair competition and liability for violating com-petitive principles is provided.
