This article analyzes the structure of the contract for the provision of services by the operator of commodity supplies of Russian Railways for the transportation of petroleum products by rail. It is established that the contract combines several types of public contracts, the terms of which are directly determined by imperative norms. As a result of the conducted research, the author comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to classify the contract for the provision of services by the operator of goods supplies of Russian Railways as a public affiliation agreement. The author also established inconsistencies between the provisions of the agreement and the current legislation.
