The article addresses the issues of demarcation of liability for misuse of budgetary and state extrabudgetary funds from other types of crimes: abuse of office, official misconduct, fraud, embezzlement and misappropriation, misuse of state targeted loans. Materials from judicial practice are presented. Qualification options are put forward.
