The article is devoted to the study of issues of further professional education of justices of the peace. The organization of work of the North-Western Branch of the FSBEIHE Russian State University of Justice related to advanced training of justices of the peace if analyzed. The paper addresses problematic aspects of organizing the training of justices of the peace, with proposals for improving its effectiveness.
