The article presents an analysis of modern approaches of Russian and foreign researchers to the issues of performing digital duties. The authors consider the features of the implementation of digital duties in cyberspace, and also formulate a judgment on the need to form a polyregulatory system that takes into account the technological specifics of the digital environment.
