The institute of administrative expulsion is an important institution of administrative law. However, serious difficulties arise in the practice of its application, which are caused by imperfect legislative regulation, lack of proper coordination between various government agencies and other organizational factors. The paper examines the key problems that arise in the appointment and execution of administrative expulsion and analyzes existing approaches to resolving these difficulties.
