The article examines and classifies the obligations of all-Russian sports federations that are members of international sports federations. The author concludes that, in addition to the corporate obligations, which are inherent in civil law relations, international sports federations provide for the obligations of member federations aimed at ensuring vertical governance in the field of sports. Consideration of these obligations makes it possible to rethink existing approaches to corporate legal relations as a type of civil law relations and the distinction between private and public law.
