The article discusses the specifics of the application of Part 2 of Article 14 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to crimes committed in complicity. The main criteria for determining the insignificance of the participation of accomplices in a crime, as well as the insignificance of a crime committed in complicity with the distribution of roles, are proposed.
