The article discusses issues related to the development of the Russian legal system in the context of the formation of a multipolar world. The author analyzes the features of the sources of law, the system of law, the system of legislation and legal technology. Russian legal system is considered taking into account its belonging to the continental legal family, where the main source of law is a normative legal act. Attention is drawn to the existence of private and public, substantive and procedural law in the domestic legal system. Special attention is paid to the use of legal regimes, including means and methods of legal regulation. Attention is drawn to the fact that Russia occupies a special place between East and West, plays a special role in the Eurasian space. The study of the peculiarities of the Russian legal system will make it possible to create legal structures within it’s framework that contribute to the Russian Federation taking a leading position in the international arena and successfully interact with foreign states.

The article is devoted to the consideration of sources of law in the republics of Central Asia, which are members of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The emphasis is placed on normative legal acts as the main sources of law in the legal systems of these countries. The common features and distinctive features of the forms of law of these states, which belong to the continental legal family, are analyzed. The study identifies diverse approaches to understanding the role of judicial acts and legal customs in these legal systems. The study of such issues will allow the Russian Federation at the present stage to interact more effectively with the countries of this region within the CIS.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы закрепления и защиты российским правом традиционных ценностей. Особое внимание уделено охране прав и свобод человека, его правового положения в обществе. Автор делает акцент на необходимости сохранения духовно-нравственных основ, традиций в отечественном праве, создания правовых механизмов, обеспечивающих защиту современного социума от деструктивных процессов.

Трансформация российской правовой системы выдвигает на первый план этизацию права, сохранение нравственных начал в регулировании общественных отношений. В статье рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся нравственных аспектов использования цифровых, биотехнологий, определяются основные направления и риски в плане правового регулирования данных отношений. Автор приходит к выводу о необходимости сохранения традиционных правовых средств, нравственных основ в регулировании отношений в современный период.
