The second part of the article presents a detailed analysis of the works of representatives of the Siberian School of Constitutional Law, the scholars of which are located in Omsk and Tomsk. In general, and using the example of the Siberian region, the need for integrating small regional scientific schools of constitutional lawyers from Barnaul, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, and Tomsk into the Siberian School of Constitutional Lawyers has been proven. The contribution of these scholars to the development and improvement of Russian constitutional doctrine and practice is of significant importance and has foreseeable prospects.
