The authors conduct a forensic analysis of two crimes that provide for liability for violating Articles 185.3 and 185.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article explores the essence of the forensic analysis of these crimes, specifically, describing the mechanism and typical patterns of their commission, offering a forensic profile of the perpetrator's personality, and outlining the traces and context in which these crimes were committed.
