The publication is devoted to such issues as the mechanism of implementation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, constitutional control bodies in the system of separation of powers, theory and practice of constitutional judicial proceedings, legal positions of constitutional and statutory courts on issues of property, taxes, federalism, local self-government, political institutions, etc., execution of decisions of constitutional control bodies, international law and practice of constitutional justice, foreign experience, bibliography and other materials on constitutional justice.
