In this article, the author analyzes the current trends in the development of labor and employment in the BRICS countries. Successful interstate cooperation in the economic sphere implies the expansion of cooperation in the social sphere. The introduction of digital technologies in the sphere of labor relations, new forms of employment require effective legal regulation that meets the modern challenges in the world. The author proposes to discuss the areas prioritized by the BRICS member states.
