Employment Rights in the Commonwealth of Australia: Constitutional and Legal Aspect
Annotation
Labor law is one of the most important branches of law in the modern state. The importance of the sphere under consideration is determined by both social and economic factors. For employers, it is an opportunity to organize the production process for the production of material goods, and for employees, it is an opportunity for professional realization and ensuring a decent life. The formation of clear rules in the field of labor relations is a guarantee of the realization of the rights of all participants in labor relations. The Australian Union is a State that favors migrant workers, and therefore it is of interest to study and analyze national legislation in the field of labor law.
