Легализация и декриминализация наркотиков. Критический анализ зарубежного опыта

Annotation

Сделан критический обзор опыта ряда стран в области легализации и декриминализации наркотических веществ, приведены аргументы сторонников и противников этого процесса. Приведены объективные причины отсутствия единой точки зрения в научном сообществе на безопасность назначения каннабиноидов в терапевтических целях, также освещена официальная точка зрения на легализацию рекреационных наркотиков в России. Отмечена противоречивость заключений западных экспертов об условных позитивных последствиях легализации и декриминализации рекреационных психоактивных веществ, что ставит под сомнение целесообразность подобных решений, их пользы для общественного здоровья и улучшения социального здоровья общества.
