В статье представлен общий обзор законодательных актов, принятых в Германии в сфере биомедицины, а именно таких федеральных законов: о защите эмбриона; о регулировании преимплантационной диагностики; об обеспечении защиты эмбрионов в связи с ввозом и использованием эмбриональных стволовых клеток человека; о регулировании генно-инженерной деятельности; о генетическом тестировании; о донорстве, изъятии и пересадке органов и тканей.
