Основные причины споров по проектам ГЧП на примере КНР

Annotation

Предметом настоящей статьи является рассмотрение модели государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в материковом Китае, анализ природы соглашения о ГЧП и возникающих в связи с ним споров. Исследование основано на изучении китайской судебной и арбитражной практики по вопросам ГЧП.
