Конституционный контроль в Королевстве Таиланд
Annotation
В 2017 г. в Таиланде произошла конституционная реформа. Новая Конституция внесла коррективы в правовой статус и компетенцию Конституционного суда Таиланда. В соответствии с Конституцией в 2018 г. был принят Органический закон «О процедурах в Конституционном суде». Статья содержит обзор правового статуса и компетенции Конституционного суда Королевства Таиланд.
